RCA VC Identity — 2023

My teammates and I designed the identity for the MA Visual Communication programme in the RCA2023 show. To differentiate it from the official RCA2023 identity, we constructed a minimal and text-based identity centred on Neha Mishra’s writings. We brutally laid out the bright red texts on white background and set the texts in Avara, an open-source typeface.

To signal the Visual Communication area within the school-wide exhibition, we made thematic posters which are screenprinted by Sonsoles Studio on airy bible paper.



We also made Risograph take-away posters for the visitors, containing Neha’s complete writing, printed at Duplikat Studio.



We also chose red floor cushions and made red shelvings for the reading corner, containing VC students’ publications.



Aside from physical materials, we also designed the key visuals for Visual Communication programme page, Experimental Design, Graphic Design and Illustration.
