I have the honour of designing Chinese dissident writer Ye Fu’s lateset release, Laments for Departed Friends, in which he recounts his friends that passed away during the COVID-19 lockdown in China.

Using an assemblage of fresh and decaying leaves, I made a customised type collage of the book title to represent the concept of the book.
